Versa 2 won't sync or pair again with my phone

The last time my versa 2 sync with my android was on March 25th. Unpaired it to try to sync it again and now it will not pair at all. It's like the phone and watch can't find one another. I'm getting annoyed with fitbit.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

In addition to the steps you've done, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2 once again.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Love Fitbits but I'm with you on the syncing side of things, Elisha. Absolutely does not work on a regular basis. Major pain!
