My versa stopped syncing with my Google pixel phone Sunday. I spent 3 days trying everything to get it to sync: turn Bluetooth on and off, uninstall and reinstall Fitbit app, shut down phone, shut down Fitbit.... Eventually I decided to restore to factory settings and I still cannot get it to sync to my phone.
