Versa 2 won't sync to Noom

Noom is not picking up steps from my Versa2. After spending an hr on the phone with Noom technical, the problem seems to be FitBit. I don’t see an area for it to sync with Noom. Any suggestions how to do this.

Hi @k.lohman10 - It’s always up to the third party app to figure out how to sync with Fitbit. Please try searching Google for “Noom, Fitbit.”  It will take you to quite a few posts where people discuss this. Some have even figured out a work-around that allows you to manually add the steps to Noom. 

 

You may have seen this already or the Noom representative already walked you through it, but just in case, you may want to check this out. One last thing, please make sure your Versa and your Fitbit app are up to date. That may help.
