Since New Years my Versa 2 has failed to sync numerous times, have paired to Android phone SM-A215W:mobile_phone: works for 1 or 2 times then will not sync, tried it on my IPad same story, also the Blood Glucose logging on Android works Okay, but dosen't works properly on the IPad 7th generation 15.2. This is very annoying because the Versa 2 will not keep time even. Versa 2 firmware version 35.72.1.15

Hi @Irishtech - Having 2 devices connected to your watch can be problematic. Remove the Bluetooth entry from th iPad.
To improve the syncing try restarting the watch and logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone.
Then login to the Fitbit App, and without closing it go to th home screen on the phone.
A sync popup should appear, click on it and it should pair and link.
Also make sure battery saving is not shutting down the Fitbit App or Bluetooth.

I have Vera2 linked to Android phone only, fallowed instructions above, Battery Saver is off all the time. Versa 2 paired and linked as usual,
20 Minutes later can not sync.
Uninstalled app and reinstalled from scratch Versa 2 paired and linked as usual,
38 Minutes later can not sync.
