Versa 2 won't sync to my Fitbit app

Versa rarely is able to sync. This has been a problem for months now. I’ve tried everything. My phones software is up to date, same with my Fitbit, I’m connected to wifi, I don’t have other things connected to my Bluetooth, I’ve tried troubleshooting and I’ve even done a hard reset on my Fitbit and yet, it still has trouble syncing. It’ll sync once every so often and that’s it. I’ve only had this thing for a little over a year.
