Hi, got a question.
I've got Versa 2 for Xmas and from the start I have an issue with notifications. After rebooting my phone (Honor 10 lite) and watch several times (then update occurred) I thought my trouble was over, but still when I go away from phone and then after some time back to it, my watch doesn't automatically connect with it so I don't get any notifications. The only thing that works is again and again tap the sync button in the app. My fitbit app is running, my Bluetooth and GPS are on. Is there something else I can do?

Hi there @icka2, welcome to the Community Forums.
Before anything else, please note that your Honor 10 Lite is not yet officially supported by the Fitbit app which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. For the list of the compatible devices, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Moving on to the troubleshooting steps, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
