Versa 2 won't sync to my calendar app

My versa 2 won't sync with my calendar. Bluetooth is on & connected, app is open, all permissions are enabled & sync is complete but when I open the agenda app on my Fitbit it tells me it can't connect the calendar, & make sure Bluetooth is on with the app open. I did exactly what it said multiple times & nothing. Why won't it show my agenda?

Hi there, @KirstenPalvesky. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for making sure that all permissions are enabled.

In order for me to better assist you, I'd like to confirm you've followed all the steps below to properly setup calendar events on your watch:

  1. In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon next to Agenda. You may need to swipe up to find the app. You’ll see all calendars linked to the default calendar app on your phone.
  3. Adjust the settings to choose which calendars to show on your device, the color for events linked to each calendar, and whether you want to see blocks of free time.
  4. Sync your device to see today’s and tomorrow’s events from your calendars in the Agenda app .

You must allow the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. For more information about adjusting an app’s permissions, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?

If your events don't appear, check the following settings:

  • Restart your Versa 2.
  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app. Open the Settings app on your phone > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > Calendar > make sure the access is set to Allow.

There is no gear icon next to my agenda app. I can only click on my gallery to have a list show up which is where my agenda icon shows up. When I tap that it takes me to a page that allows me to select US holidays, gmail, etc but no cozy calendar. Can anyone help?  Been using Cozi for years and don’t want to switch.

None of the suggested steps, was Versa 2 really ready to be on the market?? Between the music app that no longer allow downloads, the agenda that does not work, not to mention Alexa and voice recognition that does not work at all, if feels this product needs to be polished up before making into customer hands. Also, the restart link you provided does not list versa 2...
