Versa 2 won't sync to my headphones

Having trouble trying to sync watch to headphones

Hi there, @Cra_purple. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and headphones. 

Besides your phone, have you recently paired your headphones to other devices? If you have, try removing your headphones from those devices. Then, when pairing them with your Versa 2, make sure no other Bluetooth device are nearby and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

Hello @Cra_purple 

I would look her to make sure you have your settings correct: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2257.htm. If you find your settings are correct I’d try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. Hopefully that will fix the syncing issue.
