Versa 2 won't sync to my iPhone anymore

Since the iPhone update that happened a few months ago, my Versa2 won’t sync regularly. Even when it does, it does not sync all data - sometimes exercise or sleep is missing. Further, text and call notifications are inconsistent. I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, have verified that I have the latest iPhone update, and have restarted my Fitbit. Nothing has corrected the issue and I just found out a whole week of data is missing.

Hi there, @Kendall84. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

Hope this helps.
