Versa 2 won't sync to my iPhone

Syncing My Fitbit Versa 2 To My Iphone . 
It Won’t Find My Device It Says Looking For Device Fitbit Is Only 6 Months Old And I Look After It So Well It’s Been Like This For Two Weeks And Really Starting To Annoy Me .

I Have Removed Device From My Fitbit Then Reconnected It It Wont Connect . it just Says Not Connected And When I Click It It Still Wont Connect Someone Help Before I Just Get A Refund And Give Up I don’t Want To But It’s Getting To The Point Where It’s Useless It’s Changed My Life Since Getting It Gutted It Aint Syncing Anymore !
