My phone will not find or recognize my versa 2, regardless of what I do. I’ve turned my phone off and on. I’ve kicked my versa off of my phone and tried to re-install. I have uploaded the latest update but it took me 5 tries.
help?!?

Hi there, @Yzzy @graunty. Thanks for stopping by and for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 smartwatches before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As a first approach, I'd recommend verifying if the iOS you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here.
If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If you continue having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.
