I'm having this issue too. When I try to pair it in the app it says it found the versa and is searching but never connects to my bluetooth. I have restarted the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. It never shows up in my bluetooth on the phone. I also deleted the versa from the fitbit app and now I can't get it back in because it won't connect to the bluetooth.
