Versa 2 won't sync to my phone

My versa2 won't sync ive tried switching off etc but still won't been like it for around a week

@SunsetRunner  The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

Note that there is some urgency here as fitbits only have enough storage to hold about a week's worth of data between sysnc. After that they start to hold data at a summary level rather than the usual detailed level
