Versa 2 won't sync to my phone

I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps but none of them has worked. My watch hasn’t synced for a while and i don’t know what to do. Can someone help me?

Hi there, @riannal. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

Hi, 

I have done all the troubleshooting you have mentioned above and my FitBit still will not sync with my phone! I have tried everything! 
It has not synced since Friday?

Please help solve this,
