My wife and I have the Versa2 & both of us have the same phone(Moto Z3 Android v9) I have no problems with mine.My wifes started not syncing about a week and a half ago,I have rebooted the app,the watch,and the phone still no sync.I deleted the app and reinstalled it,that worked for about 3 hours,today I shutdown the watch,left it off for about 5 min.,turned it back on; did a forced stop of the app,and rebooted the phone. Now it is syncing for the time being,but NO notifications(calls,texts,ect..) all of the settings are the same as on my phone and watch,it has been about 4 hours since I did this. This is not the first time this has happened,did this one time last year.I am very frustrated needless to say so is my wife......HELP!!!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
