Ever since I have tried to update my Versa 2 will no longer sync. I've tried everything that has been suggested for the iPhone issues. Any other ideas?

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you tried. Also, let me know what is the model of your Samsung phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

The next day it miraculously started syncing!
