Versa 2 won't sync with my iPhone 15

Tried all recommended fixes. Seems iPhone 15 with the latest update and Versa 2 won’t sync. Over to you Fitbit you need to sort this bug.

Hi there, @ConDamine. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please confirm if you've tried all tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

In addition to that, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Yes I have done all of the suggestions. I now has some data on my app but it doesn’t match the data on my Versa 2. 7000+ steps are not recorded on the app for yesterday and today there are 2000+ steps missing.

Hello

The app is not taking all the data from the Versa 2 and I am getting frustrated by this. I have had no trouble with my Fitbit ever and I have this problem which is impacting on my training and goals. Please help me with a solution. I have done dverything you have suggested but why is only some data coming across to the app.

I have the same issue.. my Fitbit only work few minutes or an hour and keeps losing sync..
