My Fitbit versa 2 won’t sync with my Apple I phone and it’s completely blank

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 2. If the display of your Versa 2 is blank, please try to restart your device by holding it's side button for around 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If this won't work, make sure the battery of your device is charged. In case your Versa 2 won't charge, please have a closer look here:
