Versa 2 won't sync with my phone

I am lost on this... It hasn't synced in 2 weeks. Restarted phone and fitbit. Checked for updates... This is my second versa2 in a year! Help.

The restart of the phone and fitbit were worth trying as I they have the best chance of fixing syncing issues. Another thing that has worked for me more than once is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.

I had sync issue yesterday. I sorted it by re adding the watch to the app on my phone.
