To better assist you, may I know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far? May I also know the mobile device you're syncing with? Android or iOS? Meanwhile, please check this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and try some of the steps recommended there.

Thanks for your help.  I have an Android and I turned things off and back on a few times and then turned the Blue Tooth on and off on my phone and it synced back up.
