@Tonegirl, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't take a charge and won't sync.
I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours.
Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this help page. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if it syncs and charges properly.
