Why will my Versa 2 not charge. I have wiped it down.. plugged it up to another source and turned it off.

@Tonya1971, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge even though you wiped it down and tried other charging source before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the gets fixed.
