my fitbit versa 2 watch went flat, i immediately put it on the charger. unfortunately still not charged after 3 days.
I have already cleaned it, but unfortunately the watch does not respond to the charging cable
does anyone know what i can do now?
is it the watch or the charging station

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
