Hello. Previously my versa 2 was charging fine on the dock. Recently my versa 2 hangs out at 0%. When I put it on the dock it looks like its charging and I leave it for 2+ hours, but when I take it off it still says 0%. Please help. I only got the watch in february and am very careful with it. I've tried cleaning it and resetting it a bunch of times but still nothing.

Hi @Knieboer, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it keeps a charge properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
