Would be great if FitBit's response actually worked...wich it doesn't, at all. Right now, my watch is a paper weight. I'm going back to my Samsung Watch. At least they stand behind their products.

Hi, I had same issue, my versa 2 battery died last week. Normally when I connect it to charger ir used to switch back on and show usual display and charging. This time i didn't connect it to charger for few days. But when I did it never showed anything on display and would not turn on. Tried the 10 seconds on power but which didn't work, attempted other tips but nothing worked. So I tried the power but again, this time I just kept it held in, got to about 15seconds and the fit bit logo appeared.

This solved my problem which I am glad so thought to share incase it helped others 😊
