Versa 2 won’t tell time

My versa 2 has stopped telling time. Everything else is working (including the time screen when I’m working out). The main face says 00:00am. I’ve tried everything. Turning off my watch. Turning off mg phone. Deleting the app and reinstalling. Deleting the device and setting it up as a new device. It’s syncing just fine but the main screen won’t work. What’s happening?

If you are using a third-party watch face, try switching to one "by Fitbit".  Occasionally Fitbit makes changes that third-party clock faces don't keep up with.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
