My mom recently got the Fitbit versa 2, and when she uses the treadmill mode, the treadmill will say she burned over 200 calories, but the Fitbit will say she burned around 150. I reset her Fitbit for her, but it is still acting up.

Hello @Melissa1996 and welcome to the Community. Her Fitbit and the treadmill use two different methods for estimating calorie burn. Fitbit developed its own algorithm to estimate calorie burn that use her heart rate. If the treadmill has its own heart rate monitor, then it uses its own algorithm to estimate calorie burn. If it doesn't have a heart rate monitor, then it uses a completely different method that estimates calorie burn. You will never get the same number from your Fitbit as from a machine. Nothing is acting up. That's just how this stuff works.
