Versa 2 won't track heart rate

My versa 2 just stopped tracking my heart rate. I have only had it 18 days. The green lights are not even flashing on the back. I tried rebooting, toggling the heart rate on and off and rebooting it. Still not tracking any heart rate.

I contacted customer support and they are sending a new one

That's great! Hopefully if it updates the firmware, it won't happen again!
