I just started wearing my versa two again after about a year.  Trying to get healthy again   The first day or two my oxygen data was collected, but for the last two weeks it says no data available  Any idea why?

Hi there, @cmgoehring. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.
