Versa 2 won't track my Oxygen and Skin Temperature

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got a versa 2 and the oxygen and skin temperature aren't working after a week of use. I had no issues with the Charge 4 and don't know what else to do to get it working. Has anyone else had any issues and know how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi there, @Samivae. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Have you made sure that your Versa 2 is up-to-date? For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Factors that may cause skin temperature to vary nightly include changes in room temperature, bedding, circadian rhythm, menstrual cycle, or the potential onset of fever.

Note: Significant changes in ambient temperature may negatively impact skin temperature tracking. For more information, see: How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?

Regarding SpO2, please take a look at this help article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Thanks. I have updated the watch and did everything in those articles except install the watch face as it's not available in Australia and just very annoyed as I only got the versa 2 as it was supposed to do all the charge 4 does except have GPS.
