Versa 2 won't track my bike ride

Bike ride not tracking. I manually set bike under exercise. I have my cell phone with GPS. Fitbit won't registering distance although I made sure to activate it.  WHATS WRONG.

@Bobmarybart Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

It shows a GPS signal. Time records,but no distance. The walk works fine as do the other exercises. The only one that does NOT work is bike. Sent from my Galaxy
