Versa 2 won't track my exercises

My fitbit will not register my exercises

Do you mean you cannot select it on your Versa 4 or that once you select it, exercise, and end it on the watch that it does not sync with the Fitbit app?

It doesn't sink to my fitbit and it's a versa too it used to be working
fine but not anymore

Does everything else sync from the Versa 2 to the Fitbit app? Things like sleep, steps, heart rate, etc?

So it's not sinking to the app. My sleep pattern sinks my steps my heart
rate everything else sinks to the app from my watch except for for
identifying that I've completed an exercise Program

Thanks for the details. A few more questions if you don't mind...

1. Did it ever sync the exercises?

2. If it has worked in the past, what has changed? (updated phone app, updated software on watch, etc)

3. Does the exercise show as completed on the watch when you end it? I've made the mistake of starting an exercise on the watch and forgetting to end it so it did not get recorded correctly. 

I assume you've done the usual stuff in rebooting everything. Definitely a poser of a problem as everything else syncs.
