My versa 2 has not been tracking my health metrics off and on for over a month. While exercising my fitbit tells me my heart rate is over 100 but when I enter it in the app, it say my heart rate was 65!? I have called and texted customer service and of course we've gone through all the different resets. Nothing has worked. Not sure if I want to buy another fitbit device. My device is just over a year old and it's my 3rd device. Never had any troubles with earlier ones.😡
