Versa 2 won't track my heart rate accurately

Hi, My Versa 2 Heartrate tracking cannot cope with exercise weirdly enough,  at rest it's more or less correct but when i do any cardio is has periods where it will give a totally wrong number.  Example on the Stationary Bike-  it read 156. i get similar on a run.

It also gets stuck on that reading for a minute or so even if i slow down

Fitbit say re-boot it or wear higher on wrist , I have tried both no help.

it's over a year old now, anyone had similar issues?

All the time with every Fit Bit I have had including the VERSA 2. I'm on here now for the same reason-HR stuck when I'm on a run-doesn't increase or will jump up to Peak zone when I am clearly not in Peak. Their solutions: take it off your wrist and put back on , under settings on your Fit Bit go to Heart rate and turn it off then back on and lastly do a factory reset. None of these are true solutions nor is taking the watch off during a work out practical.

I am still having the same issue, infact it's worse.  As soon as I start on a run or bike,  my HR hits 135 and stays there.  It has hit 175 which would be my 100% max so in terms of tracking Heartrate the Fitbit is unfortunately a waste of time.  It does correct itself (for about a minute) it I reboot it, but again that's not ideal for what is meant to be a decent range smart watch.  I cannot even get hold of fitbit via chat, but I know their answer will be, turn it off, reboot it etc. Pretty pointless really.
