Hi I’ve had my Versa 2 for 2 and a half years now. Last week it stopped recording my heart rate zones when I am working out and when I’m sleeping it’s still tracking it but it’s not breaking it down for me. It’s not recording my active minutes, occasionally it will still do my heart rate, but not every time. I’ve tried cleaning it, resetting it, updated it, reset to factory settings and a new strap too. Has anyone else had anything similar? Thanks.

I can’t get any answers. I’ve tried for over a week to follow every step, still nothing. I had hoped someone could help. The only reason I have Premium is because of the detailed information. I’m about to just stop that. No need to pay for a feature I can’t get to work 🤷:female_sign:

So annoying isn’t it! Must be worse when your paying premium as well.

I went ahead and canceled my premium. It’s not worth the headache.
