The heart rate sensor on my Versa 2 isn't working. Sometimes I can see the heart rate on the watch( sometimes it is greyed out) but it doesn't track for exercise, sleep or activity . I have restarted the watch. Reinstalled the app and did a factory reset twice. Is there anything else I can try or is it done for?
