My Versa 2 suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate. I thought maybe it was a software issue so I restarted it, but it still didn’t work. There are several instructions out there about turning the hr off, manually syncing, restarting, then turning the hr on and manually syncing, but nothing seems to work. I even did a factory reset but that didn’t fix the problem.
The issue is that the green flickering lights on the underside aren’t activating, so I think it’s a hardware issue at this point. I’m curious if there’s a place I could take the watch and see if it could be fixed?

I am fairly certain that fitbit engineers this breaking point into their devices. I've owned too many, & most all of them went out of use this way. Why have I kept buying what keeps breaking. Time for me to go fitbit free!
