Versa 2 won't track my sleep data accurately

i see many posts about sleep tracking. My Versa 2 is not consistent in tracking my sleep. It usually tracks 5 to 6 days a week but not every day. Also, some days it tracks only part of the night. Some nights it shows maybe 3 hours of sleep while I did get 6 to 7 hours. I have a sleep disorder and wear a CPAP to help with my sleep. Any updates I can do to get better tracking results?

Hi there, @Lionbill. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your sleep data.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

If you fall back to sleep, the extra hours are not added. Any solution?

I’ve done all your suggestions and it still isn’t tracking accurately. It was accurate until a month ago. There’s no updates available

My Versa 2 has stopped recording my heart rate and tracking my sleep all of a sudden. I do not wear it loose and keep it charged regularly. What should I do?
