Versa 2 won't track my sleep times accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Last night my Versa 2 only recorded 2 hours of sleep, from 1:25 to 2:36 and from 5:08 to 6:45. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 6:45. I have tried wearing my Versa on top of my wrist, on the inside of my wrist, slightly loose, tight and very tight.  Nothing seems to make any difference.  I just cross checked my heart rate at night and it is normal for me 65 to 68 with an occasional spike, probably while I was dreaming. Does anyone else have this problem?  Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem?

Hi there, @FitbitRuner46. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Fitbit device to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.

To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

I do sync my Fibit as soon as I wake up.

Your comment about subtracting wake time from overall time does not apply at all.  You must have misread my post.

My Fitbit only logged sleep (including awake and restless) from 1:25 to 2:36 and then from 5:08 to 6:45 there was no data before 1:25 or in between 2:36 and 5:08 as being awake or anything else.

I'm experiencing the same problem. The Versa 2 REFUSES to log my sleep... it's bizarre.
