Versa 2 won't track my sleep times accurately

How can I fix my Fitbit? Should I just reset it? I manually entered my sleep of about 6-8 hours. It only logged 17 minutes. It keeps doing that with automatic sensing as well where I will be asleep 2 hours but I’ll only get credit for 20 minutes. What gives?

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Adigi9TwitchTV!

Sad to hear that you're having issues tracking sleep with your Versa 2.
To improve sleep tracking accuracy, please set up a sleep schedule and a sleep goal from within your Fitbit app. To see how to that, please have a closer look at 'How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?' and 'How do I set or change my sleep goal in the Fitbit app?' following this link:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

You might also want to try if changing the sleep sensitivity setting will give you better results as mentioned in the help article above.

If all is set and done and your device still won't track your sleep in a proper way, please restart your Versa 2 to see if that will get things fixed. To do so, please press and hold it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see then Fitbit logo on your device's display.
