Versa 2 won't track my sleep

won't track my sleep for the past 2 nights. Plenty of charge . So I reset it and still no updates

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jtjtahughes. Thank you for letting us know that your Versa 2 won't track your sleep, that it has plenty of charge and that you have reset it. 

I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker again. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

I also suggest checking if your Fitbit app is updated.

Did you try changing sleep setting to ‘sensitive’ to see if this fixes your prob?
