Versa 2 won't track sleep nor heart rate

I'm not sure what happened by about a week ago my Fitbit Versa 2 that I've had for a couple of years just randomly stopped tracking my sleep and Heart Rate out of the blue.  I've factory reset my watch as well as deleting the app and redownloading it.  I've turned on and off the heart rate setting on the app and I'm stuck on what else I can try.  (I've taken it off and washed it as well as fully charging it)

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not tracking your heart rate nor sleep data. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
