Versa 2 won't track sleep score and heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It started with the sleep score not working, and only getting basic sleep data. Now heart rate not working. Green lights not on anymore. I've reset it and let the battery die completely and charge it back up.

Hi @Eabaseball09, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate monitor and sleep score features stopped being tracked or registered. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Also, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep score.

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Mine is doing the exact same thing this morning.  Last night I had the best sleep I've gotten in a year, and fitbit picked up the various types of sleep (light, rem, heavy, awake) amounts, but no sleep score, saying "not enough quality sleep data was collected" despite 7h41m asleep time.

Juan Jo,

can you help me?
my current situation...

My Fitbit cost over $200 at Kohl’s. It was a gift in April 2020, in July I started paying monthly to be a premium Fitbit member. In August the heart rate tracker stopped working, by October 8 I had contacted them on more than one occasion and they agreed to send me a replacement and provided me with a shipping label to return the watch. Sounds okay right?! Wrong! Their label has been unsuccessful in getting the watch to them it is somewhere in the USPS system, not my fault. I would have paid seven dollars to ship priority and have the situation resolved quickly as we all know life has too many things to worry about besides a watch! This has taken up mental capacity day after day for almost two months now with NO RESOLUTION! for a watch!  I have been told three times they were shipping one out immediately, they have not!!  As of yesterday they again asked to to request a replacement!?!? Unless you want a watch that you paid over $200 for it to become something that takes up your mental energy day after day I recommend NOT going with Fitbit! They do not support their own product / customers.
my email is yaycouponemail@gmail.com my name is Annie  thank you in advance.

fitbit error

Mine and my husband’s are having the same problem as of today. Sleep was tracked, sleep stages appear but no sleep score. Since it happened to both of us on the same day and everything was fine until now, I have to think it’s an issue at Fitbit, not with our devices.

I hope you’re right. My problem got worse because the heart rate tracker
stopped working. They had me do a factory reset and then there was an error
message on my screen continually so I couldn’t even see the time eventually
they agreed to have me send it to them and it’s gone downhill from there I
mailed it out on October 9 they have not shipped a replacement watch to me
and their responses to me are very scattered and lined with promises of
shipping one yet they still haven’t most recently they told me that I
purchased it in November of last year when clearly I have the original bag
box and receipt showing March 2020. All set with the brand. I’m sure Apple
is the way to go!
