Versa 2 won't turn off it's frozen

I bought a Versa 2 in December, and I've had problems with it for the last couple of weeks. Somehow the settings got wonky - it stopped giving me reminders and the screen won't turn on unless I tap it. I didn't do anything to change those settings. But at the moment it's frozen, and it will not reset. No matter how long I hold the button on the left side, it does nothing. What can I do?

Hello there @SAS59, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2's behavior and for taking the time to troubleshoot it prior to posting here.

Since the restart hasn't worked, I recommend doing a factory reset:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Nope that didn't work. My versa 2 froze. The button doesn't work and Spotify is stuck on the screen.
