Versa 2 won’t turn on. How do I get someone to reach out and help me re-set?

In December my Versa suddenly stopped working.  It sent me an email saying it needed to be charged, but I had just charged it.  Then it went black, and I never got it to turn on again.  I figured it died.  Today, I got it out and connected to charger to see if anything would happen.  It actually said “0%” battery life, which was a first.  I played around with the buttons, left the room, cane back (still on charger) and the Fitbit logo was on! I touched a button and the logo went away.  But after reading this forum, I’m thinking my Fitbit may need to be reset? Pleeeeaaassee help! I am missing my Fitbit!

It is a good sign seeing the 0%

I would leave it charging, using your phones charger. 

You want at least 1000ma charger. 

If it was really dead it may take an hour or two. 

To restart you would hold the button in for 8 seconds. 

As for a factory reset I would hold off and the tracker needs to be on.

It is on now but only displaying the Fitbit logo
