Versa 2 won't turn on after factory reset

My Fitbit stopped telling me how many steps I had left in the hour . Also it stopped giving me personal text from my phone. So I pushed factory reset and now doesn’t turn on or connect to my phone at all. 
 The Fitbit icon comes on and says to download the Fitbit app (already done) I can’t get it to do anything. Can anyone help?

@SunsetRunner Did you remove it from your account in the app? You have to remove it and then start all over again like it's  new, once you reset.
