Versa 2 won't turn on after factory reset

Hi I have had increasing difficulty over the last few months with the button on my versa 2. I factory reset because some other things weren't working and now I can't turn it on at all. I bought it in Oct 2019 and am disappointed that it is troublesome. I have looked after it and have a cover for it to keep it in could condition.
