Versa 2 won't turn on after update

I recently updated my Versa 1, and the next time i went to charge it, a red exclamation point showed up, and now it won't do anything. 

 

My wife has the same tracker, and hers charges on it fine, but mine will not do anything.   I have tried charging for several hours and holding the button.

I went through all of the listed steps and nothing has helped.

Go  directly to the Fitbit website/problem solved. I can relate.
