Versa 2 won't turn on and sync to the app

My versa 2 isn't turning on all of the sudden and isn't syncing with the app.

If you have any advice please tell me

P.s. It's is not flat it's at 83% that is what the app is telling me.

I'm not sure if you see the green light behind the smartwatch or do you feel some vibration on it? If so, please perform a restart as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

In addition, try to change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I don't have a green light at the back and it was vibrating 2 days ago when it'd started as I was pressing the button but now it's not and yesterday I left it on the charger for a couple of hours but nothing happend.
