My daughter's charged just fine. No signs of life, despite being on charger for 30 minutes. Any thoughts?

@LEChaka, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't turn on nor take a charge even though you have charged it for 30 minutes.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I’ve followed the advice on the link and the problem remains. This issue has happened before and holding the back button down for 10 seconds has worked in the past. What do I do next?
